Achieve better quality of care as a team

Studies show that effective teamwork in primary care leads to better clinical outcomes, higher patient and staff satisfaction, and lower costs. Teams can be large or small but typically include a primary care physician, two or three health care professionals with complementary skills, the patient, and/or family and caregivers. Even the smallest of clinical practices can redefine their work and improve performance through teamwork.
